• Canada-wide shipping is at the buyer’s expense, a quote can be provided with the buyer’s postal code. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Please email your postal code and species quantity to [email protected]
• International shipping is available, minimum order applies.
• Prices quoted are in CAD and subject to change without notice.
• At this time we accept cash and e-transfer as payment methods.
• Holds can be placed with a 50% non-refundable deposit and for a maximum of 2 weeks.
• Payment must be made in full prior to shipping.
  
• Shipping day is the Monday following payment (unless it is a STAT holiday). All orders must be paid in full at least 24hrs in advance.
  
• Live arrival guarantee is only on air cargo or next day delivery services. In the event of a DOA (dead on arrival), replacements will be offered, but the shipping remains the responsibility of the buyer. Proof of DOA will be requested in the form of a photo, within 24 hours to [email protected]
  
• All sales are final.
• Please research your local laws prior to purchase, knowing whether a species is legal in your area is the buyers responsibility.
